The Gardien’ cottage is a 4 bedroom house, that sits beside the Chateau, with its own interior courtyard. Unfortunately, prior owners concreted over the exterior perimeter and interior floor, creating rising damp issues. Today I’m now removing damp plaster (revealing stone).
