Even though we have an accepted offer on 32 we continue to look at properties for 2 reasons:

1. the possibility for a sale to not go through is quite high due to: excessively long closing period, complicated title, local politics, agricultural rights of first refusal, mayoral rights of first refusal, or just because the seller changes their mind.
2. there are more properties to see and we enjoy the process.
